Terms of use.

Membership

• Membership is personal and cannot be shared or transferred without our written approval.
• Access cards remain our property and must be returned when the membership ends.
• Flexi and dedicated desks run month to month; private suites are on a six-month agreement.

Payments

• Invoices are raised on the 1st of each month and are payable within seven days.
• A refundable deposit of one month's fee applies to dedicated desks and private suites.
• Late payment beyond 15 days may result in access being paused until the balance is cleared.

Bookings and cancellations

• Meeting rooms can be cancelled free of charge up to two hours before the slot.
• Event space bookings require 72 hours' notice for a full refund.
• Unused monthly meeting room credits do not carry over.

House rules

• Keep calls in the phone booths and the quiet zone quiet.
• Guests must sign in at the front desk and stay with their host.
• No smoking anywhere on the campus, and no alcohol outside approved events.

Liability

• Please don't leave valuables unattended; we can't take responsibility for personal belongings.
• You are responsible for damage caused to the premises by you or your guests.
• We may close the campus temporarily for maintenance or safety, with notice wherever possible.

Ending a membership

• Give 30 days' notice in writing for desks, or 60 days for a private suite.
• Deposits are returned within 30 days of the final invoice being settled.
• We may end a membership immediately for serious breaches of the house rules.
